Full payment via credit card is required at time of booking.

The booking guest must sign a Guest Agreement within 48 hours of booking in order to confirm the reservation. 

A security hold of $500 will placed on credit card used at booking 2 days prior to check-in, and will be released within 7 days of checkout. The hold acts as a security deposit which may be forfeited in the event a guest causes excessive damage or does not follow house rules, such as smoking inside the home, hosting parties, bringing additional guests not included in the reservation, or bringing pets into the property. 

You will receive a full refund when cancelling at least 5 days prior to arrival. Sometimes plans change at the last minute. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events. Travel insurance can be purchased during the booking process.

Make yourself at home

We believe everyone should love their stay. And that’s the standard we've set for our property. If something is not right, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can address it.

Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage so we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for our guests.

Do not leave doors and windows open. Florida is hot, and if doors or windows are left open the a/c may stop working. In addition, insects or lizards could enter the home.

Please put things back where you found them.

No pets: we love pets, but we cannot accept your pet into our home as other guests and potential visitors may be allergic to certain animals.

No large parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. You are welcome to celebrate special occasions as long as you stay within occupancy limits (12) and are mindful of the noise level for neighbors.

Nothing may be moved, modified, or tampered with in the home. This includes wifi networks and security cameras.

The pool and spa pose a serious risk of drowning to individuals who cannot swim, especially children. Guests must ensure appropriate measures are taken to prevent access to the pool by such individuals, including use of door locks and the pool safety fence. Children must be supervised at all times, and all guests must follow posted pool rules. Never swim alone.

The main booking guest must be present at the property. Third party bookings are not permitted.

Guests may bring up to 5 vehicles. There is no charge for parking. One vehicle may park in the driveway of the home. Additional vehicles may use the designated guest parking spaces directly across the street or throughout the resort (a short walk away). The resort does not allow street parking or for vehicles to block sidewalks. 

The front entry of the home is monitored and recorded for the security of the home and our guests. The security camera records audio and video. It is also equipped with a motion activated light, which illuminates the front entrance when you arrive after dark.  Your privacy is important to us. We do not monitor or record any private spaces of the home, to include the interior, backyard, or pool area.

We don't like to do chores on vacation and only ask that you do the following before departing so we can clean and prepare the home for our next guest

Remove any leftover food and throw away any trash

Load and run the dishwasher

Check that you haven't forgotten any of your personal belongings

Lock the door

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Prior to your stay, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned. Clean sheets, towels, and starter supplies will be available in the unit. Cleaning supplies are also available in the unit if you wish to tidy up. We also provide a full size washer and dryer with starter supplies for doing laundry.
